Rialto: Wind-Driven Fire Scorches Several Acres

10.27.2019 | 10:15 PM | RIALTO – A wind-driven fire was contained to approximately three to four acres, Sunday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a brush fire burning in the 1000 block of North Terrace Road around 10:15 PM.

Units arriving on scene located an approximately one acre brush fire burning amid heavy winds with a rapid rate of spread.

Firefighters quickly attacked the flames and held the fire to approximately three to four acres.

No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
