Rialto: Bicyclist Struck & Killed By Car

06.11.2019 | 6:47 PM | RIALTO – A bicyclist was dead after being struck and killed by a car, Tuesday evening.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision involving a bicyclist near the intersection of Riverside Avenue and South Industrial Drive around 6:47 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a mangled bicyclist with a person down in the roadway deceased from obvious trauma.

A silver sedan with damage consistent with striking a bicyclist was located on scene but the occupants reportedly fled from the vehicle.

The scene of the crash was cordoned off pending further investigation.
