Residential Structure Fire In Fontana

1. On February 25th, 2025, at about 1:12 AM, San Bernardino County Fire responded to a report of a residential structure fire in the 8,100 Block of Date Street in Fontana.
2. Units arrived at the scene and reported heavy black smoke showing from the roof.
3. Firefighters made entry to the home and located an attic fire.
4. Crews were able to contain the fire to the attic before it spread to the rest of the home.
5. No injuries were reported.
6. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
