Reseda: Man Rescued From L.A. River By Firefighters
08.30.2019 | 12:00 AM | LOS ANGELES – Firefighters rescued a man from the bottom of the Los Angeles River, early Friday morning.
Authorities responded to reports of an unconscious male in the riverbed near the intersections of Reseda Boulevard and Kittiridge Street around midnight.
Units arriving on scene located a male down in the riverbed and began efforts to rescue him.
Crews put the man in a stokes basket and walked him to the top of the riverbed to an awaiting ambulance for transport.
It was unclear how the man ended up in the riverbed.
