Reckless Mustang Driver Crashes Into Apartment

Phoenix Police and Phoenix Fire crews responded to reports of a vehicle into an apartment unit.

According to Phoenix Police on the scene, officers received multiple calls reporting a male in a Mustang driving recklessly in an apartment complex parking lot.

Moments later, 911 callers reported the vehicle had crashed into an occupied apartment unit at high speed.

Officers arrived to find an adult male inside a Mustang with heavy damage next to a severely damaged apartment unit.

The driver was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.

The occupants of the apartment were uninjured.

They have been displaced as a result of the crash.

Impairment is being investigated as a possible factor.
