Range Rover Fire Spreads Into Fairfax District Home
A Range Rover caught fire in the driveway of a Fairfax District home late Monday night, with flames spreading from the vehicle into the residence.
Los Angeles firefighters responded around 11 p.m. to the 6400 block of West Colgate Avenue after receiving reports of the fire.
Flames could be seen shooting from a second-story window as the fire extended into the home. Multiple LAFD resources responded and worked to bring the fire under control while checking on the occupants.
The homeowner appeared to have been in the shower when the fire broke out. No information regarding any injuries was immediately available.
The American Red Cross was requested to assist following the fire. The cause of the Range Rover fire was not immediately known.
