Rancho Cucamonga: Violent Crash Splits Car In Half

03.27.2019 | 10:25 PM | RANCHO CUCAMONGA – A car was split in half during a violent crash that injured at least one, Wednesday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision near the intersection of Foothill Boulevard and Hellman Avenue around 10:25 PM.

Units arriving on scene found a two-vehicle crash with major damage and at least one person injured.

Firefighter paramedics treated the victim on scene before transporting them to an area hospital in unknown condition.

Initial reports indicate the driver of the black vehicle fled the scene on foot.

Officials cordoned off the area while they investigated the crash and searched for the suspect.
