  1. The pursuit originated with Precinct 7 Constable deputies who attempted to stop a vehicle for traffic violations, including speeding over 90 miles per hour without headlights.

  2. The suspect vehicle exited the freeway at Garrett Road, traveling approximately 120 miles per hour, at which point Precinct 7 lost visual contact.
