1. LAPD Devonshire units initiated a pursuit of a vehicle
2. At some point during the pursuit the suspects crashed into another vehicle
3. Two suspects bailed on foot from the crash and are still at large
4. The innocent driver was declared deceased on the scene
5. It is unclear what the initial want was for
6. Officers have established a large perimeter in an attempt to locate the two suspects
