Pursuit & Arrest of Armed Robbery Suspect | El Cajon

07.08.2021 | 9:30 AM | EL CAJON – Deputies were going to a residence in El Cajon to make an arrest of an Armed Robbery Suspect. When they arrived, the suspect was leaving the house and spotted the deputies and fled in his Jeep SUV. The pursuit went from El Cajon on the I-8 to northbound Hwy 67 into Lakeside. The driver turned around and went onto the city street of Santee. The driver made his way to westbound Hwy 52 and finally stopped and surrender at Santo Rd in San Diego.
