- Cal Fire Riverside County, French Valley and California Highway Patrol, Border Division responded to a reported traffic collision.
- When the responding units arrived, they found 2 vehicles with major damage and a total of 3 patients.
- Paramedics pronounced one patient deceased at the scene.
- There are 2 additional patients suffering from major, life threatening injuries.
- Paramedics requested an airship, Reach 27 to transport one of the patients as well an additional AMR unit.
- Deputies from Riverside County Sheriff Office was requested to assist with traffic control.
- CHP requested a total of 2 Evidence Tows.
- Winchester Road from Pourroy Road to Scott Road will be shut down for an unknown duration for investigation.
