Possible Barricaded Suspect Sets House On Fire

West Covina Fire Dept responded to a call of a structure fire with West Covina Police Dept already on scene. When WCFD arrived there was smoke coming from the roof. WCFD was unable to attack the fire due to a person that was possibly barricaded inside the house and refusing to come out. The person that was inside reportedly lit the house on fire. Within minutes the back of the residence went up in flames. At that point, WCFD decide to tackle the fire. It is also unknown on how many occupants were inside.
