Pomona: Off-Duty LAUSD Officer Injured After Crash

11.13.2019 | 11:15 PM | POMONA – An off-duty LAUSD officer was injured after a freeway crash, late Wednesday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a crash involving an unmarked LAUSD patrol vehicle on the southbound SR-71 Freeway near Phillips Boulevard around 11:15 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a solo crash involving an off-duty LAUSD police officer.

Firefighter paramedics treated the female officer on scene before transporting her to an area hospital in unknown condition.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
