Pomona: Man Shot To Death Outside Restaurant

12.16.2018 | 9:15 PM | POMONA – A man was dead after being gunned down in the parking lot just outside a local restaurant, Saturday night.

Authorities responded to the reported shooting in the parking lot of The Grove located in the 3100 block of North Garey Avenue around 9:15 PM.

Units arriving on scene found a man near a van suffering from a gunshot wound after witnesses day he was shot during an argument.

Firefighter paramedics arriving on scene treated the male victim before transporting him to an area hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries

Homicide detectives were on scene investigating the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
