Police Shoot Armed Murder Suspect After Stabbing Two

11.09.2020 | 5:54 PM | SANTA FE SPRINGS – Authorities were called to the intersection regarding a three vehicle collision. Upon arrival, firefighters began assessing patients when they urgently requested PD to the scene with hysterical crying in the background. An officer arrived around 6:01 PM to a man wielding a knife at the scene. An officer involved shooting transpired shortly thereafter. A crime scene has been established around the entire intersection and casings can be seen in the intersection. The suspect stabbed two victims involved in a car crash, killing one. The suspect, still armed with the knife, allegedly charged at the police officer. An officer involved shooting occurred. Details are still developing at this time.
