Police Chase Woman 3 Times | Chula Vista

01.21.2020 | 02:55 AM | CHULA VISTA – Officers attempted to pull over a woman for a traffic violation. She ran several red lights and stop signs. She was on H st and then south on the I-5. The first pursuit was called off when they thought she was heading for the US/Mexican Border, but she pulled off of the freeway in San Ysidro. She re-entered the freeway heading north on the I-805 and made her way back to Chula Vista. and back onto H Street. She again went across the city and back south on the I-5. The Watch Commander again called off the pursuit as they approached south San Diego. Approx 40 minutes later, the woman was spotted again on Palomar St. officers got behind her for the 3rd time and the Watch Commander again called off the pursuit.
