Police Apprehend Suspect after Shooting Incident Near Broadway in Downtown LA

One suspect shot into a caffe then was found by LAPD. A foot chase took place into a parking structure where the suspect was caught. His gun was recovered. LAPD is handling the incident. Unknown why he shot into the caffe.
