Plane Made Emergency Landing After Loss of Engine

LOCATION:  Fidelity & Yuma
AREA/CITY:  Houston
DETAILS:

1. Coast Guard Helo, HPD, and Galena Park PD located a Cessna which made an emergency landing
2. Per HPD Lt Raska on location, the pilot and trainee came out of W Houston on a training flight
3. en route back from a loop through Galveston, the plane lost power
4. no injuries
5. plane landed safely after losing power
6. HPD VCD and investigators are en route to the scene
