Plane Hits Car Before It Crashes | El Cajon

08.18.2022 | 10:48 AM | EL CAJON – The male pilot started to have issues with his plane and was trying to land on the westbound I-8. The plane went off of the freeway and landed on Greenfield dr below the Interstate and between the westbound and eastbound lanes. The plane hit a car before stopping up against a fence. Good Samaritans ran to the plane and helped the man out. He was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries. The woman that had her car hit was not injured. The FAA will be investigating.
