1. An aircraft crash went out at 1:03 pm and 90th East and Palmdale Blvd
2. Plant 42 stated that the aircraft ran out of fuel.
3. Copter 22 located the plane at 93rd East and Ave N.
4. The pilot was not injured and declined medical attention
5. Palmdale Sheriff is handling the investigation
