Pico Rivera: Man Murdered Near Bank In Broad Daylight
05.03.2020 | 2:24 PM | PICO RIVERA – A man was murdered in broad daylight near a bank and a suspect remains at large, Saturday afternoon.
Authorities responded to reports of a shooting with a victim down outside the Pacific Western Bank located in the 8500 block of Whittier Boulevard around 2:24 PM.
Units arriving on scene located a male down suffering from a gunshot wound.
Firefighter paramedics attempted to perform life-saving measures and transported the man to USC Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.
Initial reports indicate that the victim was shot on the street and stumbled to bank before collapsing.
The victim’s identity was not immediately released.
No suspect description or motive was available.
