Pico Rivera: Jewelry Store Hit By Smash-And-Grab Burglary

01.18.2019 | 7:45 PM | PICO RIVERA – A group of masked men was on the lam after striking a Daniel’s Jewelers, Friday night.

Officers responded to the reported smash-and-grab burglary at the Daniel’s Jewelers in the 8700 block of Washington Boulevard around 7:45 PM.

Units arriving on scene learned that a group of three masked men entered into the store and used hammers to smash display cases before making off with an unknown of jewelry.

This is the second such burglary in recent days. The first such reported burglary occurred on January 15th, 2019 around 8:30 PM at a Daniel’s Jewelers located in the 15500 block of Whittwood Lane in Whittier.

It was reported that suspects made off in a Toyota sedan.
