Pickup Hangs Off Bridge After Crash

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 1205am 4-25-25
LOCATION: Montrose & Allen Pkwy
AREA/CITY:  Houston
DETAILS:

1. HPD and HFD responded to reports of a 2 vehicle major
2. As officers were en route, they were notified that one of the vehicles was hanging over the side and could fall onto Allen Parkway
3. HFD treated and transported 1 patient in stable condition
4. HPD closed all inbound lanes of Allen Parkway until the safety hazard was mitigated
5. According to the patrol sergeant at the scene, no major injuries and no initial appearance of impairment
