1. Phoenix Police and Phoenix Fire crews responded to reports of a person shot.
2. 1 unidentified gunshot victim was transported to a local trauma center.
3. Their condition is unknown.
4. A large crime scene has been established, spanning between 82nd Drive and 80th Lane on Osborn Road.
5. Officers were observed surrounding a home with guns drawn near where the gunshot victim was located.
