DETAILS: Phoenix Police and Fire crews responded to reports of a rollover collision near 45th Avenue and Thomas Road around 3:30 AM.
Upon arrival, crews found a sedan on its roof that struck a power pole.
The collision caused live power lines for fall around the vehicle.
3 people were transported from the scene in unknown conditions.
A hard closure has been established for Thomas Road.
Around 200 SRP customers are currently without power due to the collision.
Phoenix Police are on the scene investigating the incident.
