Person Trapped After Crashing Into Semi

- Sante Fe Springs CHP and LACoFD received a call from a semi driver that a vehicle collided into the rear of his trailer.
- Units arrived at scene and reported a blue vehicle crashed into the rear with one person trapped inside unable to move
- Fire took about 30 mins to extricate the driver from the vehicle by using the jaws-of-life
- Fire transported the patient to Pomona valley hospital
- Unknown on how the crashed happened and the driver of the semi was not injured
