DETAILS:
- The driver of a vehicle that became disabled in the HOV lane of the 101 was fatally struck by a vehicle
- According to CHPs website it was a 35 year old male who was fatally struck and was reportedly underneath a vehicle
- SOT with a driver who was stuck in the traffic and describes her tragic reaction to what took place
- CHP issued a SIG alert and is investigating the crash
