Pedestrian Struck While Walking Dog: Driver Blames Foggy Windows

DETAILS:

 

1. The male driver of the truck was heading to work and did not take the time to defrost his windows.
2. He turned from southbound Utah St onto eastbound El Cajon Blvd and hit a man walking his dog.
3. The pedestrian and his dog were in the crosswalk at the time.
4. The driver told the Police that he never saw the pedestrian.
5. The pedestrian was more worried about his dog, which had run off than he was about going to the hospital.
6. The Paramedics finally convinced the man as he was suffering great pain.
7. Some officers went looking for the dog, but it’s unknown if it was found.
