1. The vehicle hit a parked car and fled the scene
2. A pedestrian on a scooter came to check out the scene and was struck by a dark-colored SUV that fled the scene as well.
3. LAPD is looking for the vehicle that hit the parked vehicle and the vehicle that hit the person on the scooter
