2. All lanes are blocked momentarily
3. Two lanes opened a short time later
4. Multiple vehicles hit the ped
5. Unknown what or why pedestrian was on the freeway
6. Reports of a male dancing in lanes, unknown if that is the DOA or someone dancing when traffic stopped
