1. The Anaheim Police Department and Anaheim Fire and Rescue responded to reports of a traffic collision involving a vehicle and a pedestrian.
2. When units arrived on the scene, they found a male driver of a black BMW on the roadway and a pedestrian down.
3. The pedestrian was pronounced deceased by paramedics.
