DETAILS:

1. DOA in the middle of the street
2. Possibly was in the crosswalk and was thrown to the  location
3. No vehicle description at this time
4. LASD has Imperial closed from Long Beach Blvd to California, east and west lanes
5. Unknown object next to the victim (looks like part of a kid’s scooter post)
