DETAILS:
- A pedestrian was fatally struck in a marked crosswalk with flashing lights around 9:30 PM.
- It’s unclear if the lights were flashing at the time of the incident
- Witnesses report the individual was hit by at least three vehicles travelling eastbound on Ocean Blvd.
- Only one vehicle remained on scene; it is unclear whether it was the first to strike the victim
- A suspect vehicle, described as a grey Honda per radio traffic, remains at large
- Ocean Blvd was shut down between Orange Ave and Molino Ave for the investigation
