Passenger Trapped After Pursuit Ends In Crash
INCIDENT DATE/TIME: Saturday, 7/6/24 at approximately 9:01pm

- (First clip: Female suspect handcuffed in gurney, being transported)
- LBPD tried completing a traffic stop on a grey SUV when the female suspect, accompanied by a female passenger, “failed to yield” to LBPD, initiating a pursuit in the city.
- The female suspect fled from authorities at excess speeds of over 60mph.
- The suspect vehicle crashed into an innocent driver by a park and Long Beach City college, sending the innocent driver’s truck to land on a resident’s porch.
- The suspect vehicle had a female passenger trapped inside, and LBFD had to use the jaws of life to extricate the female from the vehicle. And was transported in stable but serious condition.
- The female suspect driver was transported with moderate injuries to a local hospital.
- An innocent driver of the truck was accessed by LBFD and transported to a local hospital with moderate injuries as well in stable condition.
- LBPD is investigating.
