1. Phoenix Police and Phoenix Fire responded to reports of a vehicle struck by a train.
2. Crews arrived to find a Dodge Magnum with heavy damage that was hit by a locomotive.
3. The driver self extricated with minor injuries.
4. The passenger was trapped inside the vehicle and required mechanical extrication.
5. Firefighters cut the passenger from the vehicle and transported them to a local trauma center with serious injuries.
