Passenger Killed When Driver Slams Into Amazon Truck | San Bernardino

02.13.2022 | 3:54 AM | SAN BERNARDINO – CHP officers were responding to reports of a stalled big rig on the I-215N at Baseline Street.

While officers were responding, reports came in that a vehicle slammed into the back of the stalled big rig.

Authorities arrived on scene and pronounced the passenger of the vehicle deceased.

The driver was arrested on suspicion of DUI, and is refusing blood draw for BAC.

A warrant has been signed for his blood draw.
