Paraglider Rescued Off Cliff

INCIDENT DATE/TIME: 7-12-25 3:19 PM
LOCATION: 130 Westline Drive
AREA/CITY: Daly City
DETAILS:

  1. Firefighters responded to reports of a paraglider down and initiated a cliff rescue response.
  2. Upon arrival, they located a male victim down on the beach, approximately 350 feet down a cliff.
  3. Firefighters conducted a rope rescue to bring the victim back up the cliffside, where he was loaded into a waiting ambulance.
  4. The victim was transported to an area hospital in unknown condition.
  5. A parachute/parasail could be seen atop the cliffside, but it is unconfirmed if it was the victim’s.
