Panga Boat Carrying Migrants Lands on Beach | Point Mugu

09.16.2021 | 2:00 AM | POINT MUGU – Ventura County Sheriff deputies surveilling the coast reported an inbound panga boat early Thursday morning.

The boat landed at Thornhill Broome Beach with at least 15 to 20 migrants who were rounded up by deputies on the beach without incident.

Several migrants were suffering from dehydration and were evaluated by paramedics at the scene.

The incident has been handed over U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
