Panga Boat Carrying 25 Illegal Migrants Found | Malibu

10.18.2021 | 1:00 AM | MALIBU – Ventura County Sheriff deputies responded to a report of an unoccupied panga boat that had landed on the beach off PCH near the Los Angeles County line.

Deputies found approximately 25 life vests aboard the boat.

Shortly after a report came in that authorities had a van stopped on PCH near Pepperdine University filled with the occupants of the panga boat.

Los Angeles County Sheriff deputies from the Lost Hills station were on scene assisting U.S. Customs and Border Protection as well as the U.S. Coast Guard in processing the migrants.
