Pacoima: Woman Fights Officers After Crash (Caught On Camera)

08.11.2020 | 2:40 AM | LOS ANGELES – A woman fought with officers when they tried to detain her after a freeway crash, early Tuesday morning.

Authorities responded to the reported crash involving a white Range Rover and a semi-truck on the northbound I-5 Freeway near Osborne Street in the Pacoima area around 2:40 AM.

Units arriving on scene attempted to detain the female driver of the Range Rover but she resisted prompting a struggle.

Eventually officers were able to take the woman into custody.

Initial reports indicate the woman abruptly stopped her vehicle in the middle of the freeway. A semi-truck struck the Range Rover as a result.

The woman was later transported by firefighter paramedics to an area hospital.
