Pacoima: Man Found Shot Inside Vehicle After Crashing

03.17.2020 | 12:45 AM | LOS ANGELES – A man was found shot in his car by firefighters responding to a crash, early Tuesday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision in the 13500 block of Corcoran Street in the Pacoima area around 12:45 AM.

Units arriving on scene located a vehicle that had crashed into a parked car.

Inside the vehicle firefighters found a male driver suffering from a gunshot wound.

Firefighter paramedics treated the man on scene before transporting him to an area hospital in unknown condition.

Officers responded to the scene and cordoned off the area as they searched for clues regarding what appeared to be a car-to-car shooting.

No suspect description or motive was immediately available.
