Oxnard: SUV Careens Into Living Room Of Home

11.16.2019 | 10:40 PM | OXNARD – An SUV careened into the living room of a home after its driver lost control, Saturday night.

Authorities responded to reports of a traffic collision involving a building near the intersection of Wooley Road and Kelp Street around 10:40 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a dark colored Ford Expedition SUV that had crashed through a wall and into the living room of a home.

The driver, along with two residents from inside the home, suffered injuries as a result of the crash.

Firefighter paramedics treated all three victims on scene and transported the driver to an area hospital in unknown condition.

A witness said that another vehicle that fled the scene had caused the SUV to lose control and crash.

Authorities are investigating.
