Oxnard: Suspected Fireworks Cause Truck To Burst Into Flames

06.07.2020 | 2:00 AM | OXNARD – A truck to burst into flames, early Sunday morning.

Authorities responded to reports of a vehicle fire in the 4200 block of South J Street around 2:00 AM.

Units arriving on scene located a pickup truck engulfed in flames and began efforts to quickly extinguish the blaze.

Within minutes the fire was out but the truck was destroyed.

Arson investigators were called to the scene due to the suspicious nature of the fire. No injuries were reported.
