Oxnard: Man Seriously Injured After Stabbing Outside Restaurant

10.25.2019 | 10:49 PM | OXNARD – A man was seriously injured after being stabbed outside a seafood restaurant, Friday night.

Authorities responded to reports of an assault with a deadly weapon outside a restaurant located in the 200 block of West Fifth Street around 10:49 PM.

Units arriving on scene located a Hispanic male adult down suffering from a stab wound to his upper torso.

Firefighter paramedics treated the man on scene before transporting him to an area hospital in serious condition.

The circumstances surrounding the stabbing are under investigation.

No suspect description or motive was immediately available.
