Oxnard: Home Damaged By Early Morning Attic Fire
04.28.2020 | 1:13 AM | OXNARD – Two residents were displaced after an attic fire broke out, early Tuesday morning.
Authorities responded to calls reporting an attic fire at a home in the 1300 block of Indigo Place around 1:13 AM.
Units arriving on scene located a two-story home with fire shooting through the roof and began efforts to extinguish the blaze.
Within 30 minutes firefighters were able to extinguish the majority of the flames.
No injuries were reported but two adults and two dogs from the home were displaced.
The Red Cross was requested to assist the displaced residents and animals.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
