DETAILS:
- An overturned big rig on the 110 North On-ramp flipped on its side and spilled an unknown substance at this time.
- LAFD is at the scene investigating, trying to determine the liquid.
- CHP and Caltrans have closed off the entrance to the freeway.
- Paramedics at the scene are checking out the driver. It is unknown if he will be transported yet.
