1. Per radio traffic, Pct. 5 initially responded to the multi-vehicle accident.
2. The crash is confirmed fatal via the Active Calls webpage.
3. The deceased victim is on the passenger side of the vehicle.
4. Westheimer is shut down on the westbound side only between Windchase and Panagard.
5. HPD appears to have taken over the scene, but VCD was still en route at 5 a.m.
