One Killed in Oceanside House Fire

DETAILS:

1. At around 3:37 AM reports of a structure fire came out at the address Listed above.
2. On arrival firefighters located a Two-story home with full involvement in the second floor.
3. One person was located deceased in the home.
4. Tactical firefighters along with SWAT were on scene.
5. OCEANSIDE police had a standoff, with an armed suspect in the backyard wall at the same home on Friday night.
6. Officers left after negotiating with the suspect.
7. it is unknown if this is related.
