1. LA County Fire and CHP were dispatched to a traffic collision
2. When units arrived they found 1 car vs a semi-truck
3. 1 person was ejected from the car and was pronounced deceased at location
4. 1 person was evaluated for minor injuries
5. CHP has HWY 138 closed in both directions as they investigate
