- On October 26th, 2024, at about 3:38 AM, CHP, Corona FD, and AMR responded to a traffic collision on the Westbound 91 Freeway, just East of McKinley Street.
- CHP arrived at the scene and located a vehicle that had struck a semi-truck trailer.
- One person was pronounced deceased at the scene.
- It’s unknown if any additional parties were transported.
- Lanes 1-3 were closed for an unknown duration while CHP investigated the crash.
- A SigAlert was issued for at least 2 hours.
